Navigating the New Normal
As Covid shifts from pandemic to endemic, people have already grown accustomed to the new normal. Many of the more convenient lifestyle changes are likely to stay; cashless/digital transactions and people's preference of working from home is not going away any time soon. According to Pew Research, only 20% worked from home before the coronavirus outbreak. In 2020, this number changed to 71%; Out of this, 54% of people have said they would prefer to work from home even after the pandemic has ended leading many companies to adopt a hybrid model to make the best of both worlds.
