Can you believe it's May already? Here at Mobilearth we feel that time has gone by so quickly. Our team has been working on a number of projects, enhancements and getting our 2022 Q2 release ready for our financial institutions. This release has more changes than any of our previous releases and we are excited about the rollout. Key highlights include:
Improved business logic for a variety of use case scenarios.
Enhanced loading performance of the back-office Administrative Portal.
Improved verbiage of the error/success messages and text labels.
Improved security to prevent possible vulnerabilities.
Our goal is to enhance the user experience for our institutions. We are always reviewing our applications and finding ways to improve them. As such, we have many projects that are currently in development and on our road map that we aim to deliver to our partners by the end of this year. Improved Security
There have been a lot of discussions about Log4j vulnerabilities and as a preventative measure we have upgraded our security and removed all obsolete versions of Log4j. Our new Q2 release will use Log4j2 which is a more stable version. Our improved security gives our financial institutions piece of mind they can use our applications with confidence.
NBD Has Launched TopUps!
We would like to congratulate our partner, National Bank of Dominica Ltd., on their recent TopUps launch. We are very excited about the changes that TopUps (adding funds to prepaid phones) will bring to their community.
TopUps has been creating a positive impact in many Caribbean regions and helping our banking partners with their bottom lines. Most of our partners have seen exponential returns within the first few weeks of launching TopUps.
We currently have several financial institutions using TopUps and have received a lot of positive feedback from each. We anticipate more partners to use this feature in the next few months.
Mobilearth Has Won Another Award!
We're thrilled to announce that Mobilearth has won the Worldwide Finance Awards 2022 for "Most Innovative Online Banking Digital Onboarding Platform" in Canada.
Our digital onboarding process was designed with the goal of helping financial institutions onboard new clients in an efficient and cost-effective way.
We've been working in financial technology for years, but it's always exciting for us to see how far we've come, and how many people we've helped along the way. We are proud of this achievement and will continue to work hard to provide innovative solutions for our clients.
