We Won!
It's hard to believe it's already October! 2020 will definitely go down as one of those years we will all remember. One good thing that has happened is that Mobilearth has won the New World Report 2020 Awards in the Software and Technology category--Best Mobile Banking Fintech Company--the Americas! We are deeply honored for this recognition and our hearts are full.
All of this was made possible because we have an amazing team here at Mobilearth and clients like you. As always, we are constantly looking for ways to redefine the way of banking with the help of technology. Our goal is to digitally transform traditional processes by removing boundaries and making banking more accessible and convenient. We look forward to many more features to come and we would like to thank every one of our clients for being with us all of these years.
Taking Challenges and Turning Them Into Milestones
October is Thanksgiving in Canada and we are thankful for a lot of things—like being able to spend quality time with family and friends despite these unprecedented times. Businesses including financial institutions took a hard hit from this pandemic. With this said, we have taken this situation and turned it around. One of our many accomplishments is the creation of the digital Queue. It’s a game changer for financial institutions because it reduces physical lineups and crowding and converting them into digital line-ups. This will reduce the need for customers to stand outside and to only head to the branch when it is closer to their turn. Our goal is to make banking safer for everyone.
We want to thank all of our clients for the positive feedback that we got for the recent rollout of the digital Queue. The Mobilearth team is looking forward to phase two of the Queue with more added features.

Password Security
You asked and we delivered. We have now included punctuation in password creation. You can now create passwords that can be alphanumeric with punctuation. This adds an extra layer of protection that should keep passwords more secure than ever.
Below are some friendly guidelines about passwords:
Do not use easily guessable words or phrases
Refrain from using your name, birthdate or anything that can be easily guessed
Use a combination of upper case, lower case, numbers and punctuation
Change your password from time to time
Never share your password with anyone
Should you ever forget your password, use the Forgot Password to reset it. The Forgot Password feature uses Security Questions so make sure these are set up on your account. Again, pick questions and answers that are hard for anyone to guess!
Our Helpdesk Goes Live
We are excited to have one of our clients in the Caribbean pilot our Helpdesk Chat. In case you didn't know, our Helpdesk is a live chat system that financial institutions can use to communicate with clients.
Your customers/members can initiate a chat ticket from our mobile app that goes into a queue for an employee (with the correct skill set) to respond to. Not only can employees chat in real-time with a customers, they can route them to other employees as well.
With this Helpdesk, clients can skip the branch visit and get assistance via their mobile banking app. And employees can work outside of the branch without letting customer service slide. No special business phone lines required, the employee app works on tablet or desktop.
