With the outbreak of the Covid-19 in flux and so many companies concerned about the rise of cases in their community, Mobilearth wants to assure all of you that we have taken precautions to ensure our services and support to our clients do not change. You are of utmost importance to us and we have pre-emptively put plans in place to safeguard our employees and ensure continued access to our services. We have closed our office location. All of our employees are working remotely until we can better understand the course the outbreak is taking and how it might impact everyone. You should notice no changes in how you contact our staff for assistance.
Emails to our support staff have not changed.
Helpdesk emails for issues have not changed.
Phone numbers for our office have not changed as yet. This may be affected in the next month as we relocate our office to remove ourselves from street level access. This will give any employee working in the office an additional layer of protection by no longer having public street access and a secondary entrance only used by our staff. We will ensure to let everyone know when contact numbers change.
We are taking every precaution to ensure our services are not interrupted and it is business as usual for us. We hope that you and your loved ones are doing the same and that communities come together to support one another during this time.
